Return & Refund Policy – PrimeDeals

At PrimeDeals, we want our customers to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility
Customers can request a return within 6 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Return Condition
To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The product must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories and tags.

3. Return Deduction Fee
If a return is approved, a 10% deduction will be applied to the refund amount as a return handling and logistics fee.

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care items

  • Items damaged due to misuse by the customer

  • Products without original packaging

5. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 1–7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
